This book is originally written as the “manual” for participants of his Public Speaking Course (currently known as Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Speaking and Human Relations). it has a lot of down-to-earth advice, practical tips and relevant examples. Though it is not a theoretical text book on communication or public speaking but it discuss several fundamentals principles of successful public speaking, which are so fundamentals it is still true and relevant today. For examples the Three E’s of effective speaking, which in my humble opinion is even applicable in other form of public presentation, such as singing, dancing, etc. This book will definitely give a clear, practical and relevant know-how for today’s presenter and public speaker.
